@FutureMrs.Wood:  Last cycle was my first cycle charting and I had a lot of the same questions you have right now.  I will weigh in from my experience but, keep in mind, that everyone’s body is different so it may be different for you.  For me last month, my temps stayed high and looked good up until the day before AF and I had a sharp drop.  AF didn’t come for me till 15 DPO so my temp drop didn’t happen till 14 DPO.  As far as your question about whether or not 11 DPO is too early to test.  Some people get positive results at 11 DPO but some people don’t test positive till later.  I am starting to lean towards waiting till AF is due and testing after that so I don’t have to stare at multiple BFNs.

With all that said, your chart does look good! FX for you! πŸ™‚

Sometimes no pregnancy symptoms is the most common before a BFP. Your chart looks amazing, I would definitely test if I were you!

My temps alway rose after O and then I’d get a sharp drop the day before AF showed up.

At 11dpo, you can test if you want. I would wait until AF is actually due though. Better results that way.

Your chart does look really good. But since this is your first cycle charting there isn’t really a way to know what “normal” is for you… How long are your cycles usually? that can give you an indication on when to expect AF.  As for my, I usually get AF the day my temp drops, and it’s usually a slow decline for a day or two (not enough that I would think “oh I’m out”) then a sudden drop by at least .5 degrees. Sometimes below the cover line sometimes not, then once AF is there my temps go up again for a few days.  Just depends on the person.

I say test tomorrow with FMU.  FX!

You could certainly test now, but I’d definitely wait until the weekend. There is always a chance that you ARE pregnant, but it could be too early to show up on a test, so you don’t want to get bummed out only to find out a few days later that you are actually pregnant πŸ™‚ I always waited until 14DPO to test (I had a 16 day luteal phase) so i knew by then I’d get a) a pretty clear positive or b) a negative and more or less expect AF 2 days later.

Your chart is looking great though! My temps always remained very high until AF started at 16dPO, so it’s hard to say when yours will drop.. if at all.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you! I’d say if you can, wait until Saturday and test with FMU. If you get a postive that’s one heck of a great way to start your weekend!! πŸ™‚

Keep us posted!!

I say go for it!! Your chart looks AMAZING. I’d love to have a chart that looks like that πŸ˜‰ But, yes, at 11dpo you could definitely get a positive. If not, all hope is not lost until AF shows. Can’t wait for your update. Good luck!!

My temps typically dropped below the coverline the day before AF showed up.

I would test too.  Your chart looks promising.  I was never very patient with testing, but my luteal phase was also only 12 days so even if I waitied til AF was due I would have tested on 12DPO.  Not as long as some others wait.  I got both of my BFPs on 10DPO though, so testing early isn’t always a let down!  Good luck!

It looks good because it can possibly by “bi-phasic”, meaning the temps rose a second time (on day 29). The month I got my BFP was the only month I didn’t have any symptoms and just knew it wasn’t our month, so no symptoms can be very good. Best of luck!!!

@KH:  +1.  Those bi-phasic temperatures and the good BD timing make this a good chart.  Plus, it looks like you were very consistent with taking your temperature every day.

You have a gorgeous chart. However I would wait to test. I didn’t get my BFP until 14 DPO. I may have gotten it at 13, but it was BFN on 11 and 12.

Just weighing in here…my chart looked like that last month, and I kinda got pumped up when everyone said it looked awesome. But, AF came. I would try to hold out a few more days until testing. Seeing a BFN is such a depressing feeling. I honestly think it’s worse than AF showing up.
