We have two boston terriers, both females. The little one, despite being spayed (and not having a penis), likes to hump the bigger one. In addition, they fart audibly pretty much 24/7.

Bee Keeper

He watches TV like a human, especially football. He will sit there and intently watch a game, or if there is a lot of action going on– he will sit up and watch it with us. If a dog barks or a doorbell rings on TV, he jumps up and starts barking… and if he hears the word “outside”, he immediately runs to the door or runs around in circles.

my cocker spaniel “purrs” when she is happy, it’s like happy little grunting sounds, so cute!

My malamute senses love from rooms away. 😉 Everytime my husband leans over to kiss me, we’ll hear the jingling of dog tags prancing in from the other room. We’ll look up, and there is a giant puppy nose right next to our faces. If we hug each other getting home from work, the dog is right there, pushing his way in between our legs to be a part of the “love sandwich.” It is adorable. He loves love.

@mrs_pugetsound:  Ours does this too! It’s hilarious!

Recently, when one of us leaves, our corgi Dean has gotten into the habit of bolting upstairs to look out the window and watch us walk away, barking, hoping we’ll come back. It’s cute (and loud) and I love it!

@greenidlady:  My french bulldog uses his paw to scratch his penis because he’s too short and stocky to be able to bend over and clean himself. He literally looks like he’s jacking off. When he does it, he’s got his tongue hanging out too, and stares at your right in the eyes. Needless to say, it’s quite the embarassment when I take him on holidays to my family!! My uncle was like, “I can tell that’s your boy!” haha ew. Here’s a video lol

Lol my girl dog tries to hump my boy dog. Also my girl dog gets so excited when we go out she squeals and sounds like a hyena/ rat lol. My boy dog is almost a year and doesn’t know how to pee like a boy, he lifts up the wring leg so instead of peeing on a bush he’ll pee on the sidewalk :/ . And when hes excited he stands on his bac feet and hops/ walks sometimes it looks like he’s dancing. When hes excited hell also throw his head back and lift his front paws like a pony lol, he’s adorable. Oh, and when he was a puppy, i was trying to pick up a poop but he wouldnt let me so i told him “no!” Then he runs inside, hides behind a curtain looking at me with the saddest eyes. Sigh, I cant be mad at him.

Our pitbull X freaks himself out when he farts.  They’re usually silent but he bolts out of the room and comes back in looking sheepish.  We joke that maybe he bolts because he knows awful he smells and tries to dodge it.

My dog is seriously neurotic. She’ll be napping on the floor then suddenly she’ll bolt up and run around the room, like “HOLYMOTHEROFGODMYHEADISONFIRE!!!” Then after a few seconds, just as quickly as it started, she’ll calm down and be all “meh” before going back to sleep. You can’t even imagine how many times I’ve spilled a drink on myself or knocked my computer mouse off my desk because of this. Sigh.
