I have a secondary ring I bought in yellow gold because I like to change it up sometimes with my wedding set. I found it on Etsy from a seller who sells vintage rings. It’s a solitaire diamond ring, maybe .65 carats or so and I bought it for around $940.

What about moissanite? I spoke to an ex jeweler and he said they are technically diamonds, something about the cut. I know I love my moissy! I believe my fiancé spent around $500 for my 1/2 carat FB one.

moissanites aren’t technically diamonds… They’re a completely different gemstone. However, I personally love them so much more than diamonds!
OP, if you do some research on moissanite, it might be a good direction for you. It’s priced very well and is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on mine! We paid $945 for this gorgeous thing:
