I’m currently in a Kettlebells fitness class. It’s only our 3rd day but I like it so far! It’s every MWF 545-700.
I recently finished a “Biggest Loser” workout program that a local gym puts on. The workouts were Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings. And in addition to being in those workouts, I was also working out with a “rope burn” fitness class MWF 6am-7am. I like to challenge myself 🙂

My boyfriend and I just started P90X last week and I’ve actually been enjoying it. My favorite work out (so far) is the Ab Ripper X. You can definitely feel it the next day if you “bring it”. The only thing I am having difficulty with is the nutrition part of it. Oh how I miss my salt & vinegar chips… lol. But I do really like how it has the nutrition guide w/ easy recipes and also that we can work out in the comfort of our own living room.

I’m taking yoga classes and I love it! I love that it really makes you sweat but isn’t a ‘omg-let-it-be-over’ kind of workout. I usually do 30 mins of cardio at home, so yoga is a nice change. Plus, it really works out your arms so you can look great in your dress! I’ve already noticed a change and I’ve only gone twice!

i try to go to 2 spinning classes a week and go to the gym at least 3 other days in the week. or me and FH go for bike rides or runs/walks instead of the gym.

Well, I’m planning on doing some kickboxing =)

you guys should try Zumba . OMG so much fun! A great workout! You just shake your hips, and next thing you know, you’re sweating, laughing, feeling awesome about your body & the hour is over. Can’t wait to start that again… (in school, way too busy right now)

Karaté classes; dancing classes (salsa, merengue, chacha).
P90x (not really a class, but almost!)
Once I’m done with the X, I’ll start spinning classes again…
I have this routine where I do something for 3 months and then switch. That way, I stop before I get bored with it and can’t wait to do it again.
Here’s an example:
Jan-March: spinning + strength training
April – June: running
July – September: cycling outside
October – December: at home training
We do karaté throughout the year, and dancing over 8 months…

I just started P90x tonight. I’m doing the “lean” program right now (and figure I can go up from there to the other two levels). Man…I did the Core Synergistics video tonight, and I was completely drenched in sweat. I’m not physically capable of doing all the exercises yet, but I hope I will be soon!

@buttontoes: Stick to it!!
I did Core tonight, too; Starting week 6. By week 2, I was not nearly as sore as the first; and week 3 I could already feel stronger and more flexible… And I’m in decent shape to begin with..
I hear you about the sweat! I do all kinds of sports, and I’m not a sweaty person… At first I was like: What’s up with THAT???
