We are leaning towards ordering pies from a particular bakery that offers:
Apple Cranberry, Apple, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Coconut Cream, Key Lime, Mince with streusel topping, Multiberry, Pecan, and Pumpkin.
We don’t want to have too many choices, so I’m leaning towards Apple (my family’s classic favorite), Multiberry (heavy blueberry flavor, which is good because Fiance loves blueberries), Key Lime (it’s not as tart as traditional ones), and Pecan. Apple & Multiberry are non-negotiable, they will be offered no matter what. The other two I’m flexible about, but I did want one non-fruit flavor for folks. If you think I should have a different selection, make a persuasive case, but vote above so I get an idea of appropriate proportions I ought to order. We might be able to get blueberry instead of multiberry, but the multiberry is award winning. I was also looking to stay away from chocolate.
ETA: While pumpkin pie is available now, I’m not sure that it will be available at the end of May for our wedding. Regarding the chocolate question, frankly that’s an atmosphere reason. I really dislike cake and every single wedding but one that I’ve attended has had cake. While I respect people like different things (hence trying to provide limited choices), I don’t want my pies to be a subsitute for cake. I would like it to be something that is uniquely-us aspect of the wedding. I realize not everyone might eat pie and I’m ok with that, because not everyone eats cake. There will be plenty of appetizers, a local cheese & fruit display (which in some cultures doubles as a dessert), a salad, and a dinner so no one will be going hungry! That said, I posted because I wanted to hear opinions, so I will keep it in mind.

I love apple and key lime

The only two on the longer list that I like are chocolate cream (I know you said you’re trying to stay away from it) and pumpkin. I would probably pick off and eat the crust of the apple and pecan, but wouldn’t go near multiberry or key lime. I’d be especially weary of multiberry/blueberry because of the possibility of teeth staining. Key lime is just plain gross to me. These are just my preferences though. Why do you want to avoid chocolate, though? Chocolate is a great non-fruit flavour for people like me who hate baked fruits (they’re mushy and gloopy).

Not a huge fan of pie at all.

Pecan all the way. Apple is not far behind.

I love Key Lime but Apple is always a good classic.

I love pie! I honestly like every kind except key lime.

I prefer banana cream over key lime! And then pumpkin would be my pick for non-fruity.

Why are you against chocolate? A lot of people who don’t like baked fruit would appreciate chocolate, as a PP said. My personal favorite from your long list is banana cream by far, followed by pumpkin. The only one on your short list I’d eat is apple pie but I’m less of a fan of apple without ice cream on top.
ETA: Also, you may want to clarify your poll choices. Does “none, I don’t eat pie” mean the voter doesn’t like any pie, or just none of your other poll options?

I love pumpkin pie but I voted apple because it’s the only one of the choices you have I would eat.

Added. Originally left it off to force a choice from the listed options, but hopefully I’ve worded it so that someone will choose a 2nd favorite from the listed and only pick other if they wouldn’t eat any of the 4).

I love Apple and pumpkin.. but since theres no Pumpkin in the choices, Ill say apple (:

I think they all sound great, but a berry pie would be perfect for a May wedding, IMO. I’m a “pie traditionalist” and like to eat certain flavors only at certain times of the year, so I think pecan and pumpkin are too autumnal for spring… I’m just weird that way.
That said, I would enjoy any of these flavors, so pick a variety of what you like!

- Wedding: October 2011 - Bed & Breakfast
I love apple, but am VERY picky about it. No one makes an apple pie like Mom. LOL
That said, I voted for key lime pie. Yum!!!!!!!!
