Layer 1, bottom layer: red velvet.

Layer 2, middle layer: chocolate.

Layer 3, middle layer: vanilla.

Layer 4, top layer (our anniversary cake): red velvet.

It had homemade whipped vanilla frosting with fondant on the outside. The leaves were tasty too.

It was simple, beautiful and perfect. The guests all loved it!

Buttercream frosting for the entire cake with two flavors: Vanilla cake with raspberry cream filling and marble cake with cannoli cream filling. Mmmmmm.

We are doing lemon and key lime cake with cream cheese frosting- the italian cream cake sounds amazing too!

Buttercream frosting for all, three flavors:

white cake with lemon and blueberry filling

mocha cake with kaluha flavored chocolate ganache filling

turtle: chocolate cake with caramel and pecan filling

White vanilla buttercream frosting for all three layers.

Bottom layer: red velvet cake with cream cheese filling.

Middle layer: carrot cake with cream cheese filling.

Top layer: amaretto cake with hazelnut filling.

(None are my fave, I prefer chocolate, but we’re using a friendor for our cake so it’ll be ok. We’re having an ice cream truck so that’s what I’m looking forward to!)

The groom’s cake will be tres leches – the friendor is the Mexican mama of the Bridesmaid or Best Man and her specialty is tres leches, so I think that will wow the guests more than the bride’s cake haha.
