I’m getting married in October as well. My main flowers are gerbera daisies 🙂  My wedding has a lot of burlap and mason jars so they fit the pretty simplicity of it all.

I really like lisianthus (spelling) and ranunculus. really pretty and they go well with hydrangia.  Actually all three are in my bouquet.

I’m using sunflowers…. relatively inexpensive and easy to grow !(Though using if you’re silk flowers this isn’t an issue).

My flowers are dahlia, coxcomb, protea as well as wheat, curly willow and bunny tails.  This picture is my flower inspiration (want the type of texure and colors but different blooms).

“I had this idea of mixing fresh flowers and dried flowers together,” Tatiana says. Her florist took the idea and ran with it, incorporating beads and feathers into the bouquets and arrangements as well as the mix of blooms.

My Bridesmaid or Best Man are having all sunflowers and wheat for their bouquets, as well as my Flower Girl (she isn’t throwing petals).

I am getting married 10-08-11 and we are using all different kinds of dahlias because they are so full in orange and pink
