I am having a real problem. My colors are teal and black with purple accents. My girls are going to be in black dresses and I wanted a bunch of little teal accents to give them the color they needed as well as make the teal pop a little. The problem is there are NO natural teal flowers. The closest I have come is the blue orchid… which is pretty expensive. And my cousin, who’s wedding is a month before mine is using teal as well and is having blue orchids and I don’t want to look like I am matching her. My bouquet can be white. I am happy with a white bouquet (with spashes of color of course! lol) but I am stumped on theirs. I want real flowers and I am not too big on prayed flowers… help???? Any other brides bang their head against the wall because of teal?

I’m doing jade (pretty much the same color as teal), but silk flowers, so I don’t have this problem. 😉 Can you do a teal ribbon or some other non-floral accent in the bouquets with purple flowers?

What about blue hydrangeas, like these?

The tinted carntations could be an option. Carnations in a mass actually look really pretty! You could talk to a florist about tinting them.

What about just a crisp white? It would fit into your color scheme without disrupting it, match your dress I assume…. you could tie the bouquets with a teal ribbon?
