(Closed) What food(s) did you give up…

i gave up everything fried… fast food… icecream… you name it… but it worked!

I had to give up all flour, sugar and dairy. I miss processed foods 🙁

I miss cake and cookies and potato chips and chocolate and cupcakes and olive garden!  And it’s only been 4 days since I really started…..Cry

I really should start giving up alot. Especially white carbs, fried foods, and junk. Only 4 months to go, and 10 lbs to lose!!

I haven’t been able to give up anything  Frown  I really need to give up sweets. That is the hardest thing for me. period.

Sugar and dairy. I’m technically lactose intolerant, so it’s good that I took out the latter… 

Also, as many carbs as possible. So no more pasta, etc.

I miss it all 🙁

I still eat what I want, but I’ve given up massive portions.  I miss being full. Haha.

I’ve tried to give up anything processed.  It’s sooo hard though.  I find most of my meals end up being similar because I don’t know what else to make.

Oh well…I wanted to be healthier.

I am starting the herbalife shakes probably next week I think.  I cut out regular soda and most sugar.  I had to cut out fried foods because I have gallbladder problems.
