This might be a bit pricier than you may like ($40-50), but I use IT Cosmetics “Your Face But Better” CC cream. It has SPF 50 sunscreen, and I find I only have to use a tiny bit (less than a pea-sized amount) for a full face. It stays all day.

I wear Estée Lauder double wear. It costs $52 a bottle but lasts me months because I only wear it going out on a weekend or to an event. I wear a rimmel BB cream to work everyday that costs $8. Both great and would recommend. I have tried soooo many foundations and they all oxidise on my face and Estée is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t! *touch wood* lol.

Edit: I’m in Australia so those amounts I posted are in AUD.

I wear fenty and it was $35 ish for the bottle I think but I’ve had it for months and months and I wear it almost daily. It’s a matte foundation so some people with drier skin say it’s too dry for them. I have combination skin and don’t really have a problem with that.

I use Pur Minerals, and it’s a pressed powder. I LOVE IT, and it’s about $27 I think? I used to use Clinique too, but I have acne prone skin and the liquid was too cakey and heavy.

My favourite foundation is Nars Sheer Glow, mostly due to the fact that Siberia is actually pale enough for me in the winter haha.

More recently I tried Maybelline Fit Me (+ something about Matte and/or Poreless, too, can’t remember). Super cheap and it works well, though it’s a smidge too dark for me in the winter and I find I get shiny a little bit quicker than I do with Nars foundation. It worked well enough though, and I’ll probably pick up another bottle of it when this one runs out.

honeybee2020 :   I use Too Faced born this way foundation and their concealer for special occasions (it’s medium to full coverage, applies very smooth with a slightly dewy finish), and I have a Bare Minerals powder foundation I use for lighter coverage with a matte finish. It’s on the pricier side (around $30-40 for each I think) but they are a wonderful quality, and you get a lot of product. I think it’s worth it to invest in good makeup products if I use it every day. It’s just better quality and performance.

These are my favorites (I have dry skin and prefer natural to dewy finishes rather than matte)

-Loreal Fresh Foundation (new but I really love it so far. Has received rave reviews. Medium to full coverage and natural finish on me at least)

-Bourjois Healthy Mix (only available from Amazon in the US. Has been my go to daily foundation for ages. Dewy finish with medium coverage, feels weightless on the skin)

-Laura Mercier Lumiere and Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk are my fancy, going out foundations. Both are on the radiant side in terms of finish, great shade ranges, super photogenic, never look cakey, long lasting, buildable, everything I want in a foundation basically!

NARS Radiant is also very nice, just isn’t as radiant as I prefer but if you prefer a slightly more matte finish but not totally flat looking, it’s a great option!

I use Clinique, and it is pricey, but I haven’t found anything better. It’s so light, and doesn’t break me out. I add a tiny bit to my sunblock, and it gives nice coverage, and the bottle lasts me a long time.

I have an embarrassing number of foundations lol. A few of my less expensive favorites are L’Oréal infallible freshwear (it’s new! And really good!), Revlon Colorstay (I use the one for dry skin, but they make one for oily skin too), and colourpop no filter foundation (only available online but so affordable!)

You can search on YouTube for reviews of basically any foundation on pretty much any skin type, btw!

Tarte Amazonian Clay liquid and powder foundations are both amazing. They’re not cheap up front, but they go a really long way!
