A cranberry salad would be good! But I always make rice with pork.

I agree that a good potato dish goes well with pork.

If you don’t want to do mashed, you could do roasted herb potatoes with onions. Just cut up into smaller pieces, put them on a pan with the onion, sprinkle some oregano, salt, pepper, and a little garlic, and roast.

Lol… Pinot.

Be that a Pinot Noir a Red (classic choice) or a Pinot Gris / Pinot Grigio … Whites.  They’ll have a nice balance to the grilled pork.

Lol… I know not what you were expecting…

We’re having pork tonight too!  I’m going to roast a pork tenderloin that I’ll make a marinade for.  We’re going to have roasted golden beets with it, and steamed green beans.

That sounds SO good! I usually like a rice side dish with my pork.
