I’m making a new recipe tonight~ rosemary pork chops with winter squash. What side would go well that?
eta I’ve got lots of leftover cranberries…. hmmm? Could I make something with those that would compliment the rosemary and sage in the main dish?
eta2 lol.. I’m so not changing that typo!! 😉

I would make some white beans with herbs and goat cheese on top

I agree that a good potato dish goes well with pork.
If you don’t want to do mashed, you could do roasted herb potatoes with onions. Just cut up into smaller pieces, put them on a pan with the onion, sprinkle some oregano, salt, pepper, and a little garlic, and roast.
NOM NOM NOM.

Be that a Pinot Noir a Red (classic choice) or a Pinot Gris / Pinot Grigio … Whites. They’ll have a nice balance to the grilled pork.
Lol… I know not what you were expecting…

We’re having pork tonight too! I’m going to roast a pork tenderloin that I’ll make a marinade for. We’re going to have roasted golden beets with it, and steamed green beans.

I was thinking applesauce as well…
maybe some spinach as well?
