That he will pee whenever he wants wherever he wants, so there. Even if he has just gone outside and peed on every single bush, tree or mailbox within peeshot.

He is boss

This isn’t my dog, it’s a pic I found online, but it always makes me smile and I thought it would be appropriate for this thread!

Lessons from the 99 boys:

1.  Even if what your doing is wrong, if it’s cute, you’re not in trouble.

2.  When Dad is gone we’re allowed on the couch.

3.  When Dad is home, we’re allowed on the couch, as long as we comply with rule #1.

4.  If you have have done something wrong and have failed to comply with rule #1 you must:

     a.  Get Dad to laugh

     b.  Hide behind Mom

5.  The cat is a horrible and dangerous thing that is point and noisy and must be feared, along with the vacuum.

It seems so simple, but I love that every time I walk in the door, my dog freaks out and gives me all kinds of attention and affection. Now my husband and I follow the same principle every time the other comes home from the day Smile

Honestly. it has taught me more about responsibility. I thought I knew, but now I know even more which I think is prepping me for the responsibilty of having a child.

You can’t just leave your furr baby alone for the night, or the weekend… Walking her regularly has becomed a big part of my life, and so much more.

It’s totally worth it, I love her so much! And she loves me (although sometimes I think she loves Fiance more because he walks her more and gives her more treats, haha)

@Nona99:  You have some of the best posts. I started busting up laughing when I read that.

My dog taught me unconditional love. No matter what I look like, how I feel, what I do, she loves me no matter what. She just loves me extra when she gets treats and such 🙂
