I’m on a workout kick, but I bought a 5 lb bag of gummi bears and a huge pack of low fat popcorn from Costco months ago and find myself snacking on that throughout the day because there’s nothing else to eat!
Just looking for some healthy options so all of my hard work doesn’t go down the drain … or right to my belly.

I snack on
veggies and hummus
fruit and a cheese stick
1/2 a sandwich
greek yogurt and berries
tuna and celery
small bits of leftover dinner

mmm gummi bears…
i bring batches of air popped popcorn to work and snack on that. i have yogurt and carrots when they’re around. for shelf-stable options, i’ll have a few animal crackers or pretzels.
i find it helpful to keep mints and gum around. a lot of times i have a craving for something, i just chew gum instead.

almonds, granola bars, crackers, apples, bananas, carrots, raisins
I’m a big snacker. Usually I don’t even eat a traditional “main dish” for lunch just yogurt, string cheese, V8, fruit, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc.
Lost over 70 pounds that way actually. Once I realized I didn’t have to eat the way other people do or the way diets tell you to I was off and running and never looked back 😀

I like the other suggestions too. I think I’ll trade in the gummi bears for some pretzels, nuts and animal cookies at Costco and then make a run to Safeway for all the other goodies. Yum yum yum!

I am a big snacker and until recently I would snack on everything I could buy from the take away store around the corner from my work but I now I mostly have fruit, nuts and some crackers and cheese (massive cheese fan)
I also stock up on sugarfree gum in all different flavours, I could pig out at work just out of boredom and I found having gum stops this and when I have it I realise whether I’m actually hungry or was just craving something for the sake of it.

I love baby carrots in hummus! Otherwise I’m seriously bad at the healthy snacking.

I love the quakers rice cake snacks! They have all these different flavors, but my favorite is salt & pepper, and I’ve even found some guacamole flavored ones in a different brand that are AMAZING!! Also, trail mix never fails.

I like to snack on carrots or celery, or apples (with or without a little bit of peanut butter or nutella). Popcorn is good in small doses too, a couple of crackers, or a handful of nuts.

Air Popped Pop Corn is a fav…crackers, greek yogurt (definitely fills me up), oranges, cottage cheese (I know, most people think it’s gross but I like it), berries, grapes…

Almonds. I like to buy the 100 calorie packs from Emerald (I think that’s the brand, the green boxes). You can get almonds mixed with walnuts too. Or I eat granola bars but I don’t know if stuff that’s packaged and processed could really be healthy…I tend to think if I didn’t cook it myself or eat it in its natural state it’s probably not great for me.

fruit is def the way to go. Apples & peanut butter. Grapes. Peaches. Plums. pineapple chunks. Strawberries. Blueberries. Raspberries. Watermelon. I def allow myself to eat as much as I want of fruit. It makes me feel like ive eaten A LOT and even though its sugar, its still wayyyyyyy better for you than all the processed sugary cookies, cake, etc.

I do the airpopped popcorn as well. I keep a bag of the TJ’s ABC trail mix (includes almonds, bluberries, cranberries and raisins) at my desk and portion out the 1/4 serving or I’d eat a lot of it. I also like to make a white bean and spinach dip and eat some of it with carrots. String cheese is also awesome.
I find that I don’t eat a lot of fruit in the winter but I’m all over it in the summer. Frozen grapes? Yes please! Luckily I don’t crave sweets too much but it’s still hard not to grab the mini snickers and reese’s that are all over the office!
