Well getting a good sleep is a good start! Start drinking your 8 glasses of water a day (I drink atleast 2 litres) and eat foods rich in vitamin e, c and iron. Almond or olive oil is a good option for a good mosturizing boost. Or cool cucumber too. Next time you refill your foundation, ask about a good concealer. You only need alittle to hide them. I apply a night cream every night, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin! Olay or Nivea makes a great one.

Sleep, water and the Garnier Eye Roller with Caffeine help me the most. I keep the roller in the fridge for extra oomph. Smashbox HD Concealer works well for me but I try not to powder over it because it makes the bags look worse. I leave it unpowdered but make sure to spritz it with Urban Decay’s Setting Spray so it stays on. I also like Yes To Cucumbers Soothing Eye Gel for night time.

@cherrycoke:  It works well for me and is pretty cheap so it’s probably worth a shot. I know they make tinted ones too, but I haven’t tried them.

@cherrycoke:  Caffeine constricts blood vessels so the idea is the smaller they are the less you see them behind the skin, so less dark cast.

@cherrycoke:  My eye are sometimes puffy but not usually. I usually put it on in the morning after the shower. I put on the roller, let it dry while I’m doing my hair (though it doesn’t take that long to dry) and then do my makeup on top of it. I don’t reapply during the day but I suppose you could.

I am blonde and fair and blessed with lovely undereye circles to boot. Two things I refuse to leave the house without:

1. Bobbi Brown Under Eye Corrector (not the concealer, the corrector) I have tried like every concealer known to man (or woman) and this is my absolute favorite!!!  LOVE IT! and does not get cakey at all.

2. Dr. Brandt’s Dark circles no more cream..fabulous stuff!!  You can get it at sephora or online, bloom.com, sephora.com, etc..

With these two things I manage to not look like I got punched in the eye, but nice and bright eyed!

Good luck!!
