We are getting married in late October and where I live that could mean: sun, rain, clouds, snow, ice,…the whole gamut!

I am hoping the weather is good but if it rains I think I will just wear my trenchcoat and put the dress on at the church.

@jen 42713:  In the case of rain, I’d suggest buying a clear plastic paint dropcloth from a homeimprovement store and in case of rain, cut it a bit smaller and wrap your gown.

Hopefully it doesn’t rain but, if it does, maybe just hold your skirt up high off the ground and have 2 or 3 people hold umbrellas over you while you walk from the car to the church? Hopefully you would be ok as long as the walk isn’t too far!

The extra large umbrellas are a great idea! Hopefully if it rains, it won’t rain too hard. Crossing my fingers for no rain on your day!

Take those shoes off, hike that dress up, grab an umbrella, and RUN!!!
