I think we’d be divorced by now.

If I was with him I imagine I would never have gone to uni, and I would be a complettely different person right now. I don’t think I would be happy with where I would be living. I’d be in a sexless marriage and more of a mother figure than a wife to him. No thanks 😀

Well, if we are talking the first love as in the guy I was head over heels for in highschool, I would be married to a totally awesome guy, who happens to be gay lol.  If we are talking our first real relationship…. I would have been a young widow 🙁

Mines still single. Has a kid about my sons age that he obviously has some sort of visiatation of and cares deeply about. I’m super curious as to what he does for a living (no hints on FB, we are friends). He has horrible grammar and spelling on FB though. Maybe we would still be listening to Wu Tang, doing graffiti, and skateboarding together lol. I’m glad I’ll never know TBH. I don’t ever even wonder. I wouldn’t trade Fiance (or anything that led me to him) for anything in the world.

…I would be living with him. With his parents. In their basement. While he earns minimum wage. (He’s in his 30s) >.>

If I married my first love, I would be divorced, possibly with kid(s) and would have been the main breadwinner the entire time seeing as how he is 32 and still living with his parents and can’t get a decent job. Thank goodness he decided to steal from his employer and got sent to jail and I dodged that bullet.

We would be jealous cheaters and end up in a fist fight hhaha then divorce. I married his best friend though *best friend from highschool – not friends since* (we are 29 and 30)

Can’t say where I’d be with my high school first love except for divorced (i broke up with him because i outgrew him.) But the next one (2/3…3rd times a charm) I’d be with someone who couldn’t communicate with me, who didnt really know me, who had drug problems, someone who had no ambition, someone who wasn’t right for me, didn’t value me, etc. Either one I’d be divorced by now

I would never have ended up with my first love/boyfriend. He’s a nice person and we still keep in touch over FB, but our lifestyles are very different. His wife is a house-wife with 5 children. I have a good job and don’t have children. They don’t travel/ I love to travel with my husband. She doesn’t dress up/ I love to dress up. It would not have worked out.

I married my first real love and we have been together for 13 1/2 years (married for 3 years). We have had our fair share of ups and downs, but our relationship is stronger than ever.

We both techincally dated other people before, but nothing serious or longer than a year. But our shared past and growing up together has made our relationship pretty unique.

Normally, I don’t think relationships that start out young will last, but it really depends on if you grow together or apart. What really helped us is that we didn’t hold each other back. We have stayed together, but still pursued separate interests. We went to different colleges, did study abroad, played collegiate sports, I worked abroad for a period and we have continued to be individuals while building a life together. I think that has been a critical part of our success.
