I disagree that a cash bar is a no no…depends on your circle of people. In some areas cash bars are very common.  Only thing I can think of off the top of my head was wearing white if youre not the bride.

I agree with Cash Bars!  Also, I would say putting registry information on the wedding invitations.  Just personal opinions!

Depending on your culture, I guess you can’t generalize. In my culture seatting arrangements are frowned uppon and RSVPs are a joke.

@kate169: I agree with the wearing white, but I’ve heard in some cultures is a way to wish the bride good luck and keep the bad spirits away from her.

I really think  “no no’s” are personal opinion. 

The only no no that I think we can all agree on is a bride/groom not enjoying their day.

@Coffee cup: Interesting! I couldn’t really think of anything I would say is a no-no but that one seems to be kind of sketchy unless of course you’re in a culture that believes it’s lucky or something!
