Okay. So my Brother-In-Law is getting married, and has given us the task to hunt for 75 bottles of wine for his wedding, and his budget is $10/bottle. The other complex thing is that they are getting married in Stanley, Idaho, so whatever it is, it would be preferred if we could pick it up in either Stanley, or Boise even. Anyone have any thoughts? Evidently they were not impressed with what Costco had in stock here in California, but haven’t had a chance to call the Costco in Idaho.

Ive had cupcake wine, very good! I’m also an Apothic wine lover (red and white) its very popular right now but it’s about $15.00 in canada ( so maybe cheaper in the US?)

Is there a Trader Joes in Idaho?
This wine ($5) is my favorite easy drink from TJs. A good trade up from Charles Shaw. EASSSY DRINKIN! 🙂

I like Sutter Homes which is usually $10 per bottle.

I like Bella Sera Pinot Grigio & Redwood Creek anything…. Both just under $10

@pengoala: My favorite wine is actually a cheaper wine: Relax Reisling. Grocery stores run specials on it all the time … I’ve gotten bottles for as little as $8.99. I think the most I’ve ever paid for it was like $12.99. Usually, though, it seems to hover in the $8.99 – $10.99 range.

I was going to say this too! Cupcake moscato is amazeballs

Oh, I’ve had that! It’s super good! I’ll have to see if they have a Trader Joes up there. And if not, i’ll put it on the list anyway. Maybe we could work out a shipping deal…
Cupcake wines! I’ve seen them, don’t know if I’ve tried them. Maybe I’ll try them out with BIL’s fiancee on a girl’s night, see what she thinks!
I don’t know anything about the Apothic wine, but i’ll look into it.
Thanks for the tips ladies! Keep ’em coming! 😀

Yes, Apothic is great. I think it’s about $12 in the U.S. but if you were buying a lot and/or on sale you could probably get it for $10. Also, another vote for Cupcake.

My hubby and I like pinot evil, which is about $7-8 a bottle (and we served it at our wedding). Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling is a good white, ~$10.
Oh~and Est!Est!!Est!!! is a white wine we tried at an Italian restaurant and loved!

Agreed, TJ has awesome wine deals! Unfortunately there’s not one in a 1000 mile radius of my town :/
I really like the Menage a Trois blend, and I know a lot of my friends agree.

Vinho Verde is usually very cheap (my favorite, Famega, is like $9/bottle) and usually quite delicious and refreshing!
