Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s just a few days. For reference, my period would also diff within the range you described, and I’m pregnant now. One of my close friends had a cycle that could span up to 45 days, and she also managed to conceive – although it took her a little longer as it was more difficult to figure out when she would ovulate.

Do you have an app that you can use to keep track by the way? I used MyCalendar and thought it was great to get a better understanding of when things were happening.

I’m pretty sure what you are describing is still considered normal, since it is within a few days. I think irregular is when one cycle is like 27 days, the next 45, then 30…at least, that’s what I have been told/read. Mine is between 28 and 30 days and my doctor was not concerned about it at all (because I wondered the same thing you did a few months ago!).

Monthly cycles aren’t as exact as we tell ourselves they are.  It doesn’t take much to put you off or on a day or two late/early.  Stress, what you eat, when and how you exercise, and non-BC medication can affect your timing.  A cycle that is problematically irregular is when you spend upwards of 3 months without a cycle.
