We’re making spaghetti. We make this a lot because there are tons of leftovers and we’re both busy!! We eat it with whole wheat pasta and put loads of veggies in it, so I like to think it’s pretty healthy πŸ™‚

I have no idea what we are doing – probably left overs!  That would a panini on rye bread with pastrami (the most delicious pastrami ever) with mustard and pickles (for the hubby, mines pastrami and mozzarella cheese only!).  Or I might have other leftovers of steak with blue cheese butter.

And for dessert Im making chocolate Guinness cupcakes with Baileys Cream frosting (to bring to work tomorrow for someones last day!)

Turkey stir fry and rice with some Korean BBQ sauce. I’m hungry just thinking about it. πŸ™‚
