@GlamMeup:  Oh God. I gained 20 pounds in a month! I am horrified with how I look right now.

I am a plus sized person in general, and I love being big, but I am too big for me to be happy right now. *sigh*

The stress of this wedding is eating me alive…Or I am eating myself to death…Either one. X_X

Right now I am strength training at home for 30 minutes everyday for 5 days, and I do 10 minutes of cardio before I walk my dog for an hour, and then walk her again for 20 minutes in the evening.

I plan on starting my juicing diet again, I joined myfitnesspal.com so I can track my food in take, and I have a vegetarian diet 6 days out of the week, and one day I am allowed one cheat meal on the 7th day.

I just started last week so I have no results yet, but so far I am doing good!

I want to post so I can follow this. I want to lose weight, but nothing has worked so far and now my pain in my feet is so bad every day I can barely make it through work much less a workout after. 🙁 (still a few weeks from my appointment with the specialist about this) Hopefully I can find something that works for you guys that will help me as well.

@GlamMeup:  Thank you!

I am in the same boat as you it seems like because I have been slacking a lot lately, and I am so upset with myself too.

I wish you all the best in your weight loss too, we deserve to be happy!

My wedding is July 15th, so almost a month. Ahhh!

We can do this though!

I’ve got what feels like forever (15 months!) until the wedding. Ideally I’d like to lose a pound a month until then. But… I have to confess, I’m not sure I have the willpower to make it happen. Every time I’ve started a diet since the proposal (every Monday, basically) I do well the first day, and then, on Tuesday, something happens that gives me cause to remember how damned tasty food is… Sigh.

I’ve been running about 2 miles 5 days/week and eat pretty healthy, but I still haven’t lost more than 2lbs in the last 3 months =( I do feel like my clothes fit better though. i’ve been doing the “toneitup” workouts on youtube and my muscles are always pleasantly sore. I think at this point i am most focused on my arms and back being toned, since there is not much hiding those in a strapless dress lol

@GlamMeup:  I work 10-12 hrs on concrete floors, over 5 years now, it’s been rough on my feet. My Dr said she thinks it is plantar fasciitis in my feet, which has led to arthritis in my knees and hips, but she wants to make sure. No meds she has given me have helped much at all so it has been a good year since I have felt like I could even go for a walk for any length of time. I have gained quite a bit since the very start of my pain and cannot wait to lose it. Any suggestions you guys can give about what you are trying is going to be a great help. I am so glad you started this!

I have exactly 3 months from today!  I’m pretty fit and petite already, but I’d love to drop 5-10 more pounds and tone up some more.  I’m doing Insanity videos 5-6 days a week, running a couple miles 2-4 times a week, doing a little mountain biking now that it’s summer… and most importantly, eating well!  Lots of veggies, lean protein, low-carb, one “cheat meal” a week.  I love my wine but I’m trying to cut back on that too – too many empty calories :/
