I don’t have pictures of what we’re doing yet, but I just came up with this idea the other day and the Fiance and engineer father say that it will work. We are going to take wooden dowels and a small block of wood, drill a hole in the block of wood and glue the dowel in there. Then we will cut a slit at the top of the dowel to stick the numbers into. Of course we will spraypaint the entire thing, I am going back and forth between black and silver.

Not exactly sure of the cost yet, but it should be less than $1/each. With 30 tables to do numbers for, I needed something cheap!

I am using some double-sided frames from IKEA for my sister’s table numbers and menu cards. The table number will be on one side and the menu on the other. The reception is buffet style.

They are on sale for 99 cents but are only available in the store so I will be going to my friendly IKEA to pick some up toomorrow.

We are also using the 99 cent ikea frames 🙂 They are very modern and fits our theme 🙂
