@Mrs Hedgehog: That looks super yummy!

I’m trying to figure out dinner myself.

Just me and the cat tonight and I’m at FMIL’s house. She has some left over mac & cheese (so maybe that) or I could get take out. But here in ME take out is not as easy to come by as NYC!

I’m planning to be lazy tonight and order pizza.  But your meals all look yummy!

@bakerella: That looks absolutely delish.  I wonder if Fiance would ever give that a try.

I’m waiting for Fiance to cook dinner tonight.  I’m feeling pretty blah and lazy due to AF.  I have absolutely no energy.  He’ll be making chicken cutlets and garlic mashed potatoes.  Mm, mm.

@Mrs Hedgehog: I’ll come back and let you know how it is! It has 3 hours left but doesn’t really smell yet except when I’m near the slow cooker…. If you can’t find a brisket, this is hands down my all time favourite recipe, oven pot roast. Omg so good. I swear I could eat it every night of the week. I throw veggies in the pot for the last hour. I was going to make it again tonight, but I couldn’t find a top sirloin roast, but I did find a brisket so that’s what determined the menu, lol!

I am about to make a fresh batch of gazpacho and some light chicken salad for paninis.

@bakerella: That pot roast recipe looks delicious!  I might have to file that one away to make once Darling Husband is back home.
