i am in the middle of placing my ad on used wedding dress websites and some of them ask for more info like silhouette.
I put that it is a dropped waist for waistline, but for silhouette, i am not sure. My first thought was trumpet fit and flare, but on Maggies website, it says its an A-line!
Do I put:
trumpet (fit and flare)
A-line (as Maggie’s website describes it!)
thanks! please vote.

I would consider fit and flare and dropped waist A line to be the same thing.
I would have said it’s drop waist.
Mermaid or trumpet flares out lower on the body in my mind…closer to the knees.

I always think of A-line as nearer to the waist.

I think its definitely a-line. It has a dropped waist but its definitely not fit and flare.

i think you are all right. especially since Maggie describes it as A-Line. I think i was just confused because on ME it looks more fit and, but i think is because i have shorter legs and had to have it shortened quite a bit, but my torso is longer….
