Love illusion necklines.

Haaaaaaaate belts/beaded sashes. Can’t WAIT for that trend to die. My sister wanted to add a sash to her bridesmaid dress, and it was the one thing in the whole wedding planning process that I put my foot down for.

Love lace, spaghetti straps, and lace up backs

Hate ruching, feathers, and sheer bodices (looks too much like lingerie imo)

Love :-  illusion necklines and backs, plain classic fabrics, different  neck styles  like halter or high cut, many but not all ball gowns.

Hate:- See-though corset bodices ,  blingy belts  (especially on all-lace dresses) , hugely plunging  necklines, skintight mermaids designed only to display.

Love –> lace / long sleeves / pearl beading / low cut backs or illusion backs / a long train / stretchy materials / tulle / bows

Dislike –> sashes / shiny materials / pick ups / see through bone showing corsets / 3/4 sleeves / empire waists / hoops under skirts / pleats

Hate –> yellow tone ivories. (Makes me think the dress hung in a room full of smokers for years) /  Anything asymmetrical / extreme plunging necklines (too much cleavage) unless you’re an A cup, it just looks too raunchy / those plastic beads that reflect rainbow colors

Hate: Stark white dresses, Sheath dresses, Satin, Visible seams, Tops that are cut straight across the bust, Exaggerated trumpet and mermaid dresses, Cheap looking fabric (like that weird shiny stuff that some old DB and replica dresses are made from), Layered ruffle skirts, Structured skirts with a million folds that are made to look like roses/flowers.

Love: detailed embroidery and beading (with pearls or crystals), intricate lace, appliqués, off-white fabrics like oyster or champagne with ivory lace overlays, organza made to look like flowers or waves, satin, a-lines and ball gowns, illusion necklines, structured dresses that emphasize a tiny waist

Dislike: ruching, pick-ups, tiaras, “sexy” plunging backs, mermaids that you can’t move in, halters, shapeless flows dresses, stark white, sequins, dresses that look like nightgowns

Love: color, skirts with ruffles.

Hate: lace, illusion necklines or anything, buttons on illusion netting, belts when they are not necessary (which they aren’t 95% of the time), key hole backs.

Love: illusion necklines/backs/sleeves, 3D appliqués, flowy soft tulle

hate: pickups, sweetheart necklines, corsets on me just because they remind me of a sweet sixteen dress and I look younger than my age so that doesn’t help me at all
