…that you tend to receive many compliments on? If there’s more than one thing, then by all means, do share!
I’m sure you are all a bunch of lovely people and I hope as you think of what compliments you’ve received, it brings a smile to your face
I, for one, love to dance, and it always makes me smile when someone compliments me on my dancing!
P.s. HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
There’s also a poll (it’s kind of broad though).

It depends on the situation. 🙂 I am in a cover band, so I get compliments on my singing voice all the time – which, I have to say, encourages me to keep it up. Sometimes I worry, and then some stranger says our set sounded awesome, and I’m like, hell yeah! We should keep doin’ this thing! 😛
I get compliments on my body every now and then, but that’s a lot less frequent. 😛

@StephieBee: I’ve always been interested in singing but have never been brave enough to sing in front of others without having butterflies in my stomach :(. But props to you!

@KindofCrazy: Haha, thanks! 🙂 I did musical theater as a kid and in high school. Did a ton of karaoke after that, and now I’m so thankful to have a band that loves me! It’s a lot of work memorizing 4 hours worth of songs, but it’s so worth it. Way better than karaoke. 😉 I still get nervous, btw… but it’s usually only for new songs and when we play somewhere new. 🙂

I agree that it depens on the setting and the people in question. At work I am complimented on my abilities and job performance. My boss openly refers to me as her “secret weapon,” and this week my boss’s boss pulled me aside this week to tell me how impressed he is and that they have big goals for me. At home I get complimented on my cooking (by the teenager who is constantly hungry) and for everything by my husband because he appreciates me in every way. And lately I’ve received numerous compliments on my skin, which puts me on cloud nine because I have a long history of horrid skin.

@StephieBee: That’s really nice to hear that you and your band get along so well! I’m sure being in a band is not easy…All the best for future endeavours!
@lovekiss: Agreed. We receive different compliments depending on the situation, etc. However, I was just interested in the overall part of it, meaning regardless of location, people, what compliments do you usually get. And those are some pretty nice compliments! Many congrats on your boss’s boss complimenting you.

@KindofCrazy: I usually get compliments on my work performance and writing (when I’m actually willing to share something I’m working on). I also am often told I’m really friendly and just a few weeks ago my boss said, “You have this amazing ability to make anyone feel comfortable.” I’d say that’s a compliment! It definitely made me feel really good about myself.

The thing I get the most compliments on is my hair. I have an unusual shade of red that pretty closely matches the coat of a dark chestnut horse. My Fiance and my friends love my cooking and I usually get some compliments when I make something new. The other thing I get compliments on is being logical. I’m really good at figuring out shortcuts and solutions for other people especially when they’re being emotional about some problem.

I said status, because people compliment me the most on my clothes and purses.

Usually my hair. And my butt. Eyes always tend to wander! Lol

I’m usually always complimented on my personality. FH loves my personality – he always says I have a few issues but what always is a plus is my personality. When I go for interviews I’m always told that my personality just shines through

I’m tall & thin, so I get compliments on my shape. (Although marriage has put on a few lbs! Arg)

@angelinthesnowxo: Wohoo, nice! I also love to write :). And based on what your boss said, it would be awesome if there were more people in the world like you!
@Eckle: Interesting! I like how you get compliments on being logical! I’ve never heard many people say that.
@elysion: You must have good taste ;).
@ChelseaLuv23: Lol, so true!
@sinfulli2sweet: That’s awesome! 🙂
@Rubbs: Aww! Most, if not all, the ladies I know have put on weight after marriage, so that’s completely understandable.

I usually get compliments on my sense of humor:) and the fact that no one thinks I’m old enough to have a 17 year old daughter:)

@Eckle: I’m not certain what your hair actually looks like but it sounds amazing lol
