Interesting people with different lives, especially really crazy unreasonable one’s, are like crack for the tired eyes late on thursday nights.

I watched it once and said I would never watch again and then caught myself sitting around in pj’s watching a marathon of it one sunday, and realized I had forgotten to eat.

I might be the only person on the planet that has never seen a whole show. I’ve seen clips on other shows, but that’s it.

while we are on the subject…the kardashians?  really?  they are all famous because their sister made a sex video.  they couldn’t be more boring to me.

i think i tried to watch it twice and felt my brain cells dying with each minute –  i have no idea why people find it appealing

I sat down with my friend to watch it one time… I feel like I lost brain cells watching it. Kardashians.. that’s why they are famous? I always wondered who they are. I don’t know why half of these people have their own shows… oh yeah, they’re rich

What is the appeal of ANY reality show? UGH! I can’t wait until they’re not cool anymore. Every time I go to my girlfriends’ house, they have that shit on the TV. Housewives this and Texas that. Barf! lol </rant>

Well I’m obviously not the only one watching this. LOL. However, I might be the only one admitting it.

@Mrs. Meowerson:  isn’t that how Paris Hilton got famous? i never understood that either.

@mwitter80  are like crack for the tired eyes late on thursday nights.

So true! to be honest, i have never seen an episode of Jersey Shore because of all i have heard about it, i have no desire to.  But what you said explains perfectly the addiciton i used to have to the Hills. i hated watching it, but at the same time i would zone out and i couldn’t stop!

@thehoneybear: actually, i think they were just friends.  i don’t think he was an active lawyer at the time of OJ’s arrest, but i could be wrong.  even so, their dad was affiliated with OJ long before they got famous.  in fact, he’s been dead for years.  it wasn’t until they got a publicist that they became famous.  and i’m STILL not sure why.

@dynamic_duo: OMG SAME HERE! When I first saw The Hills, I was “what is this shit? turn it off!” And then I couldn’t change the channel when it was on. Idk what the appeal is though…. haha. I’m so glad I don’t have cable anymore.
