    I wear a size 7.  When I was thinner, I was a size 6.

I’m a size 5.5 now. The e-ring I lost was a size 6. I think wearing the rings had a corset-like effect on my finger because my other ring finger is still a 6.

I know part of it is genetics. I’m 1/4 size smaller than my mom, and thats just because I got my dads small knuckles instead of her large ones. I always heard the average was 7, but I wonder if that includes men or other fingers besides you ering finger?

My ring size is a 5.25-5.5, but I wear my rings at 6.25-6.5 for stacking more bands, a looser fit (which I prefer), and as I have a larger knuckle that can get a bit swollen when my body temperature is up or if I was dragging rings over it to put them on and take them off.

I got a bit lucky with my ring fingers, as my maternal side has quite large fingers. Like 8-10’s. My non-ring fingers are 7-8’s.

I wear a 4.5 but my E ring is a 5 because occasionally my fingers swell and I’ve had issues with rings getting stuck in the past. A 5 is a tiny bit too big but I don’t really have many problems with it sliding around too much.

I’m sized at a 6 but only because of my knuckle. The actual fleshy part is a 5-5.5, depending on the weather and time of the month.
