Do Bahamas!!!!!!!  There are two Sandals there:

Royal Bahamiian (in nassau)  we are staying at this one.

Emerald Bay (exuma bahamas)  this is the newest one!

Bahamas is beautiful/safe.  Amazing blue/gree water.  And a shorter plane ride. We are staying in the Honeymoon Ocean Suite with conceirge service.  So pumped.  And also Royal Bahaamian has it’s own private island with full restaurant and pool.  So pumped.

Jamaica has like 7 sandals there as well.

So did I!!!  I wanted Turks and all-inclusive was a MUST.  Beaches and Club Med were the only 2 we could find and they both allow children.  I love kids but on my honeymoon, no thanks!!

Fiance just booked Sandals Grande Riveria in Ocho Rios Jamaica!!!  They are having a 65% off special and 2 nights free with 4 nights!!  We booked one of the villas and I am very excited.

I have never been myself, but I had friends that went to Sandals Antigua for their honeymoon, and absolutely loved it!

Depends on what’s more important to you. We stayed at Sandals Negril before because a nice beach and clean, calm, crystal clear water were our top priorities. It is an older resort and not as luxurious as some of the others in Jamaica like Whitehouse, but you can’t beat the water there. We were upgraded to a swim-up suite with a private butler (due to a mixup of our original room not being available after a 4 hour wait) and that was AWESOME. Not only do you get your private pool that you can step into right from your room and swim all the way to the beach, but you get two butlers (we had the coolest, friendliest guys) reserving your spot under an umbrella on the beach every morning, filling your cooler with drinks of your choice, getting you priority seating with no waiting at the restaurants every night, setting you a surprise candlelit dinner in your room (they found me lobster even though it wasn’t on the menu, and I almost cried with joy when I saw a dessert tray floating in the private pool toward our balcony) , getting a hot bubble bath ready for you with rose petals…The whole thing felt so luxurious and romantic. If I went back I would go to whichever resort we can afford that type of room and service again.

@katieebee: Thanks, I did post pics but our honeymoon was actually in Ireland. We went to Jamaica before we were engaged. Our camera got wet and died during a snorkeling trip so we had to use a cheap disposable we bought there. Most of the pics are fuzzy shots of me in a bikini with a big hat and fruity drink looking very pleased with myself 😀 You guys are going to have a great time! I’m jealous, wish I was there now instead of being at work.

If you really want Turks & Caicos, I would recommend the Veranda Resort. It’s not strictly adult only, but not family friendly.

Sandals is good, but you have to book concierge category or higher just to get room service.

We stayed at the Sandal Royal Bahamian in September and it was AMAZING. We had a honeymoon villa and butler suite. We felt totally spoiled- the butler made our reservations, reserved chairs for us everyday where ever we asked around the resort, brought us pizza, made spa reservations and anything else we wanted. The service, food, weather, rooms and atmosphere were amazing. We got a credit to the spa when we booked and had a wonderful couples massage, probably the best massage I have ever had. The private island was awesome and just afew minutes away. We did a private candle light dinner which was nice, but I probably wouldn’t do it again because the food that included at the restuarants was the same and just as good. They also have awesome pizza out by the pool, we ate it everyday!
