Kslim13 : if you temp at the same time everyday after at least 3 hrs of sleep then your temps should be accurate, regardless of if you went to sleep at 10 or 2. They could be erratic for other reasons- hormone imbalances, illness, alcohol, mouth breathing if you temp orally. V temping will make temps a lot more accurate/trustworthy so if you’re temping at the same time everyday and they’re still rocky, there’s likely something hormone-wise at play.
ETA:I just realized you said your temps are erratic if you temp at different times in the morning, yes tht makes sense. Temping at the same time everyday is the most important thing about temping. Did FF confirm O for you this month?

MrsMellyBean : no I gave up after two weeks of erratic temps. Me and DH decided to just BD every other day to every two days. So holding out some hope since AF didn’t show up yesterday or today.

Kslim13 : oh ya, that’ll happen if you’re not taking your temps at the same time every day. Have you tried setting an alarm for the earliest time you have to get up during the week and temping at the same time every day then going back to sleep on the days you don’t need to be up as early? BDing EOD is helpful too but I know it can get tiring. Good luck!
