Yes I will definitely try and have breakfast, I always have it so I get cranky if I don’t have food.. I will probably be nervous and overwhelmed that my stomach will only want to have toast or something small. I thought it was nice that at my bestfriends wedding day the bridesmaids came over to her house for breakfast together so I might try and do that too.. and then go out for hair and makeup.. After the typical routine of getting ready.. maybe crying or freaking out for a minute or two here and there 😉 Oh, and have the 5 hour energy drink too, that works wonders!

I will definitely have to force myself to eat (although I want to research what kind of foods do not bloat!) and I think I will try to distract myself as much as possible online or with books/tv/ family and friends, until we start getting ready. Our wedding will start at 7pm, so I will have a long day ahead of me before the ceremony!

I will hit the snooze button three times before I do anything. Then straight out to the kitchen for coffee.

@SBourgeous: haha, i was about to say i will cuddle with my sweety and say “happy wedding day!” then i will roll out of bed, walk around aimlessly and panic. go eat a good breakfast, hopefully get a little workout in – even if its just a 20 min. jog. then i dont know, get my hair and makeup done? tan on the beach if there is time?

@iheartnerds: i almost fainted at a dress fitting, no joke, because of my corset dress! but i am glad it happened then, so now i know to breathe, relax, drink water and EAT!

I read about a gal that got up and went for a short walk on her wedding day. I think I’ll do the same. Something about that sounds really centering, taking in the fresh air and all. Oh, and coffeeeeeeeeeeee, too!
I’m not sure when I should wake. My ceremony is at 5:15. Seems so much later in the day but it is deceiving and will sneak up on me. So, coffee, walk, shower, makeup, hair…? Hmm, maybe 9am?
@bebefly: LOL I love how you wrote “coffee the size of your head.” YES!

I got up (no alarm) at 6am and took a shower. Then, as soon as my parents were awake, I did a load of laundry and finished packing my honeymoon suitcase, haha. Guests came over for our morning-of brunch around 9:30 or 10 I think, and I ate a muffin and some fruit and had a mimosa. We also signed the marriage license at that point, so we wouldn’t have to bring it to the chapel with us.
Our ceremony wasn’t until 5pm though.
