For me it is Starbucks! I LOVE Starbucks and could go everyday if I could afford it. The other thing I hate to give up is being lazy. I hate exercise and like to avoid it at all costs 🙂
I thought of a few things to put on a poll that people complain about giving up, but if you think of another one I’ll put it on there!

I voted “bread” but carbs in general are the toughest for me to give up. Cutting back on pasta, potatoes, and rice (oh man, ESPECIALLY the rice) kills me.

@HisMoon: Why would you cut back on rice?! It’s really good for you. I lived off rice and other asian foods when I lived in Japan and lost 15 pounds! Get brown rice and fry up some tofu in soy sauce with veggies and they don’t come much healthier than that!

CANDY. I have a terrible sweet tooth. I will NEVER give up my Starbucks. If I’m trying to watch my weight I usually stick to the skinny vanilla lattes.

@Pixienickie: Oh I’m already eating brown rice. The problem is that I just eat too much of it, and whenever I diet, I try to substitute green leafy veggies for some of the rice I’d normally put on my plate. Kind of my minor attempt at volumetrics.

Why do you have to give up starbucks?
Just get whatever you drink as a skinny, skim milk, sugar free syrup, and no whip cream.
No big deal.

@WeddingTime18: I say junk food as it captures all of my vices. I’m not lazy and can easily find time to work out…which does no good if I go stuff my face, lol.

@menzies: It just doesn’t taste as good to me! I don’t like how sugar free stuff tastes, it has a weird aftertaste or something. I’ve tried it in the past and it just wasn’t the same.

@BrandNewBride: I’m glad I’m not the only one! I wish I liked working out better. I will literally dread working out from the time I finish working out until the next time I have to. I have plenty of time to do it, I just don’t want to!

ICE CREAM. So I picked sweets. I’ve started working on cutting out bad things but there is just no way I can cute ice cream out!

Carbs! Potatoes in particular, so I picked junk food. Chips, fries, ect. Mmmm.
