This topic reminds me of Old Man Search. (http://twitter.com/oldmansearch) Have you read it? A kid tracks his 82 year old father’s Googles and posts them. Some of the searches:

coupon for a bucket please

cologne that smells like paper

has anybody ever been named onion?

tv shows NO singing

can i bring a tupperware of chili on an airplane?

the newest vegetable

is brunch real?

@AlwaysSunny:  I dont believe for a second that that’s real… but it did make me giggle a couple of times 🙂

I have the blanking out issue a lot when it comes to Google-ing, and the internet in general. There’s so much on the web, but I can never seem to find any of it, cause I dont even know what I’m looking for!

I’m not sure, but you seem like the type that might appreciate http://www.mentalfloss.com or http://www.howthingswork.com

These will give you nifty useless information about all kinds of things, and they update pretty frequently. So even if you’re drawing a blank, you can still get your learn on.

Mostly, I’m googling old presidents, or world events recently because I’m back in school and taking a bunch of national security classes.

The strangest thing I have ever googled is…

“Rasputin’s Penis”

A friend and I were out to dinner when she mentioned his 12-inch penis had been lobbed off after he died and is allegedly encased in a glass jar in a museum. I just had to see it! I don’t believe it is really his, but it made for interesting dinner conversation and quite a few giggles!

@grapefruitgal:  If you get the chance, google how long it took to kill Rasputin. It’s interesting how that guy refused to die.

“Video of mating turtles”, and NO I don’t have some sick fetish. My bff and I were a little tipsy and curious about this random topic! Lol.
