So far the biggest one is a check from DH’s aunt and uncle for $500. After that was a $200 Emeril All Clad cookware set. We also got a set of Le Creuset but it was a group gift from 7 people.
I gotta tell ya…I love that Le Creuset set a lot. More than Darling Husband on some days, LOL.

My uncle bought my wedding dress. It wasn’t on my registry obviously, but when I called the shop to pay the balance on the dress and the alterations bill, they said it was taken care of already. Nothing on my registry was over $300, so, that will undoubtedly be the most over the top gift 🙂

The largest monetary gift was $5k and the most expensive registry item was $500+. We have some incredibly generous family members.

I love Le Crueset too!
We got mostly cash for our wedding and several very generous checks for 1,000, I think maybe one for $1,500 if you dont consider my parents paying for a large portion of the wedding or DH’s parents paying for some things as well.
