Wow – I can’t believe all the TP votes!

I can’t stand how thick the name brand stuff is!  We always get the thinnest, cheapest TP.  haha.  Don’t come over to our house!

I like name brand cleaners like Holy Cow, Windex and Mister Clean

Q-tips. I had a bad experience with a store brand that ended up with me having to go to the clinic so it’s only the best for cleaning my ears now!

@FleeSircus:  Same here, we go with the 1-ply store brand TP!

The only thing I can think of is shaving cream. And whole wheat pasta. I guess I’m pretty cheap!

honestly….I am weird here….but I will ONLY buy crest tooth paste, and listerine mouth wash…lol…and baush and lomb contact solution….Im trying to think if there is anything else….

ohh the biggy for me…platex tampons….the generic ones are soo much thicker they scare me….

other than that we are pretty flexible…except razors (we both use a gillete brand)…because Fiance has a lovely face i dont want getting all hacked up….and turns out mens razors are about 1000x better then womens when it comes to legs and uh areas! atleast ive found anyways….much better shave!

Glad to see I’m not the only one who will only buy nice toilet paper!

Earth Balance vegan butter.  Tofutti vegan cream cheese and sour cream. Everything else I think I don’t have a brand preference and will but whatever is cheapest/has the best ingredients.

Oooh, and I love candles from Bath and Body Works. I think they have great scents for way less than other candles of the same quality.

TP, ketchup, Q-tips, cheese, peanut butter, and coffee.   Most other items I can tolerate the knock-offs, but these are an absolute no-skimping allowed.

we buy a lot of Seventh Generation, Meyer’s Clean Day and other eco-friendly products. for us, it’s worth the extra money to do right by the environment, and with certain brands you can be sure they are being ethical and not just “greenwashing”.  there are a couple of things I won’t get though, like their dishwasher gel. it just doesn’t work.
