It looks like a spring mix, or a mesculine mix. Both are yummy with really earthy flavors.

I love dandilion greens, they make the best salads.  I buy them at the local health food place just because I really like them with some balsamic vinegrette on them.  You can buy them in the bag at the reg grocery store, but I do think if it is fresher it has a better flavor.
