It’s a caterpillar possibly? They get in pretty easily if you ever keep windows open 😊

It’s a pantry moth (Indian meal moth) larvae. Google them, and you will learn how to get rid of them. Having them doesn’t mean you are dirty – their eggs are in many food items. Buy the traps linked below, and put them in any room you see the small moths that they will become flying around. They don’t always stay in the pantry/kitchen!

How does it move? If it folds itself in half then straightens back out to walk it’s just a little inch worm, which is what it looks like, totally harmless.
