He doesn’t talk. Unless it’s intensely scientific, which will light him up. He’s just not a chatty person in the least. He can go an entire day without whispering a word unless I force it out of him. I used to think he hated me/wasn’t happy- it took A LONG TIME to get used to.

One word answers define him. “Yes.” and “No.” Are his favourite words. If you want a conversation with him, you have to be SUPER specific.

Newspapers!!!!! OMG He will buy a sunday newspaper read some of it and then place it on the floor in the middle of the walkway to the couch. Then these papers will sit there until the next sunday paper.

@Jamie42003:  My grandfather does this except much worse! They literally have months of newspapers piled up on the kitchen table. You can’t even eat. By his chair in the living room, there are weeks of papers just strewn around.

My Fiance smokes (Ugh!!!) and that’s part of what drives me nuts but the main thing is that he’s a messy smoker! Meaning, he’ll walk around with his cigarette and drop ashes, or leave them on the edge of a table. He burned his grandmother’s table doing this. Luckily, I have him almost convinced to either quit smoking or at least cut back on it.

He is ridiculously organized and neat, while it’s wonderful that I never have to deal with clothes on the floor or dirty dishes….. I am instead annoyed by him being late for dinner plans because he has to finish his whites. Also any time we go to Target he is insane about buying “bleaching agents” for his work shirts. *rolls eyes, Engineers* lol

These are too funny!

My Fiance will make me laugh so much, I’ve even taken pictures but it falls along these lines even though I laugh about it. He will take a shower and when he gets out, his clothes are on the bathroom floor literally an inch from the empty laundry basket. I took pictures one night when he came out the bathroom, he hasn’t done it since haha. But I still thought it was funny. I mean who doesn’t do mindless things like this from time to time?

As far as sweaty and all goes, I kind of like it lol. Call me strange but there is something about my Fiance sweating that I like… A lot… I’m a bit old fashioned, love being a woman and love him being the manly man like he is, his sweat just adds to the manly man image.

He also never fills the ice tray, which I too find humor in. I mean who takes every cube of ice out of the tray and puts the tray BACK IN the freezer empty? My man, and I wouldn’t have it any other way 😀 Haha

He also likes to moniter the goods he deems as “his.”

“You’re eating all my cookies” ( I had two)

Now these Granola bars are mine, you cannot have any.

I’m saving this package of cheeze it’s for hunting season. (in like 3 months)

I think it’s an only child thing. lol

Sometimes when he belches it grates my nerves.  He does it loudly and sometimes it seems like he doesn’t care who’s around!  I mean, he’s not some oaf who just burps and farts at the grocery store but he’s guilty of belching at work… The managing partner of his firm sent him a few e-mails one day that started off jokingly

“You sound like Booger from Revenge of the Nerds”

and then spiraled into

“If you don’t stop belching I’m going to dock $1000 from your next paycheck” because he could hear him burping in his office!!!!  He also spends an insane amount of time in the bathroom now that he has an iPad.  I’m talking 45 minutes to an hour at a time.

My Fiance poops with the door open and lights off so sometimes you accidently walk in on him. It doesn’t make me mad by any means but it’s kind of disturbing that he likes an audience because he will also do it when his friends are over.

My next pet peeve is that he always tickles me and picks on me and doesn’t recognize the time to stop.  Sometimes I get to the point where I’m really mad because it’s torture! Other than that, he doesn’t get on my nerves at all. I’m the messy one in the relationship so I never have to worry about picking up after him.

@scottsouth:  My pet peeve is that my husband can’t keep our problems off of the internet. WHY CAN’T OUR PRIVATE LIVES BE PRIVATE?!
