Right now, it’s family. I’m getting attacked and pushed and prodded and guilted from all sides, and it’s absolutely exhausting. I go from being so unbelievably excited to finally be getting married to someone I love more than life, to breaking down in tears and wanting to just elope or city-hall it and get it over with. So frustrating…

Guest list! I wanted to keep it to 150 because that is the best amount to fit comfortably in our venue but we are inviting way more people. I had the guest list set at about 155, then after making the list and asking people for addresses Fiance gave me a “oh by the way, we need to invite these 20 people as well” list! He “thought I already had those people on the list”. Saying I was upset is an understatement! I repeatedly asked him for his list of must haves and of course he procrastinated and then insisted i had them all. Now our guest list is in the upper 170s! I pray people will RSVP no, which is likely since most are out of state and the wedding is on a Friday. I don’t know what will happen if we go way over 🙁

I’ve also recently started stressing about starting DiY projects an centerpieces/decor.

@hollyberry4:  I was hoping for RSVP No’s too. But I was told that was silly of me since I live in Vegas and everyone wants a reason to take a trip to vegas! LOL.

Maid of honor drama. Was going to have two then Future Sister-In-Law got into a fight with everyone and was so rude that it was a mutual deaicion for her to be in wedding anymore. Other than that everything had been going smooth.

Definitely the biggest headache is not knowing how many ppl will RSVP yes to our destination wedding. How many tables and how much to budget on decor? How many plates will I serve at dinner for 120 bucks a head? Whether or not a few guests show up, even just 10 of those ‘maybes’ can make the budget swing $1200. Ugh.

Figuring out my vision…I have an idea of what we want but I keep going back and forth! Budget is another stressor, and the lady who volunteered to coordinate also causes headaches. I’m a very laid back and spontaneous person, and she is type A. She’s great at organization and details but way too high strung and acts like everything is a priority all at once! She’s also pushy and if she wasn’t a family friend doing it for free, I would fire her.

Paying for it all! That and picking out invitations that go with our them which is a complete other issue! LOL I want to go with a vintage theme but not sure what era and I am not a very creative or artistic person! Also trying to figure out how to add coverage to a strapless wedding dress I absolutely love and adore without completely ruining the look of the dress! Maybe I am overthinking a little bit? LOL Cool

My biggest headache is the budget! I had no idea how expensive everything was until I started really planning.  Since we are paying for it ourselves, we only have a certain amount to spend. Current headaches are catering and djs.

For me it’s the guest list. Can’t make anyone happy….. at this point, I really don’t care anymore.

Figuring out where we want to go on our honeymoon, and saving the money to pay for it.  My Future Mother-In-Law is also driving me crazy because she still hasn’t gotten me a guest list and  spent the first month of our engagement focusing on what she and my mom are going to wear.  *rolls eyes*

Right now? Finding an officiant!! We have a four months until our wedding and I can’t seem to find one. I’m non-religous and Fiance is a non-practicing Catholic but to make up for the fact that we’re not getting married in a Church we told his Grandpa we’d at least hire a Pastor. Whoops. The only one I found, that I liked, accidently double booked so now we have nobody and no connections. Crap.

Also, BUYING THINGS. I browse for hours for bridal party gifts, gifts for my Moms, garters, etc…and I can never, ever, ever make a decision. I annoy myself, honestly.

Well my biggest headache had been that the parents-in-law were not going to attend as it wasn’t “conveinent” enough for a holiday around the date we picked but would have happily come if we had the wedding a week earlier though it’s Melbourne cup weekend & so we cannot have the venue we want & the alternative is $9,000 more. Wow. But disaster averted, they have finally agreed that they will come after months & months of worrying! Phew!
