I’m paid to be a Special Ed teacher, but my husband is a youth pastor and being the youth pastor’s wife is a full time job in itself! I dream of the day when I can be a housewife.

I’m actually doing it :). I write a blog for a company, and it’s amazing.

My dream job would be a part-time reading tutor to children and adults, preferably to non-native English speakers.  I know I’d love the actual work and then I’d have more free time to pursue my many other interests that I have a hard time doing in my current “7:30-4:30 commute an hour each way” job.

Like someone else, my other dream job would be to travel and write for Lonely Planet.

the owner of a bed and breakfast

in a cute historic area, like savannah, ga or up in Maine along the coast. The kind of place that has a full library with big comfy arm chairs to settle in to, apple orchards and a vegetable garden. Full breakfast every morning where everyone sits down like one big family. Each room has it’s own unique style and cookies and milk every night by the fire. A little coffee shop area in one room, with fresh pastries and cakes

A big backyard with a beautiful backdrop where people could have events and weddings, and the kind of staff that make you feel like your at grandma and grandpas.

Kind of a weird dream for a 20 something to have, but I love to cook, love to decorate, love to clean, love to entertain, love simple things, and love nature. It’s a marriage of all these things.

@ktisthatbees:  My mom owns and operates a B &B.  She bought an old house, totally remodeled it and decorated it and it is so nice!  She does a wonderful job, and enjoys meeting all the people, but it is SOOOO much work.

Well, Im studying to take the CA Bar exam in July, which sucks, and I’m terrified because more and more I keep thinking that this is NOT my dream.  I am confident however that I can find some way to combine event planning, PR and the law into some sort’ve a career.  It may not exist yet, but I will create it if I have to!

My dream is to start some sort of cookie/cupcake/bakery business. This is how it plays out in my head: We get a really nice oven so I can start this business at home and then I can also be a Stay-At-Home Mom. All of my business would be special events so no need for a physical store. This is what our wedding cake baker did at least. It would be so much fun! But I would definitely need to control my will power around sweets a little more.

I absolutely love my job so much, I love freelancing and the time off I get. If I were to switch and pick whatever I wanted to do I’d be a food photographer!
