I also thought the whole look in Father of the Bride was beautiful. Sure it was 90s, but it was so traditional, classy, and just screams “wedding”.
Also, Robin Wright’s dress in The Princess Bride is GORGEOUS.

@KateByDesign: that was my favourite too!!! I always think about that dress! Reminds me of one of the VW dresses that I always see on here from David’s Bridal

Not what I would want to wear today, but ever since I was a little girl I’ve always thought Julie Andrews wedding dress in the Sound of Music was so regal and beautiful. That veil!

I don’t normally look at Kiera Knightley and go “That woman is absolutely gorgeous!” (She’s pretty enough, but I don’t find her drop-dead gorgeous by any stretch), but in Love Actually she looked so perfect…

Call me crazy, but I loved Bella’s dress in the dream sequence over the “actual” dress – even though it was lovely and the back detail was so unique. I just loved the whole look in the dream (except the white tux…ew).

@Kit_Kath: omg! My sister was in LOVE with the actor that played Noah. So much so, she named her cat after him not long after he came on the show – “K.C.” for Keith Hamilton Cobb. Lol

@Bridey77: Hah..I know…I’m a shorty too…5’4″. That was one of the best music videos back in the day when MTV actually played them…lol.. I remember in high school, they played round the clock videos…None of this other shit. I remember the day MTV made it’s debut. Their first music video was “Video killed the radio Star” by the Buggles!!! Holy shit, I’m old, but I wouldn’t change being an 80’s kid for the world!!!!! Now THOSE were the days!!!
