I’ve been frantically trying to use up the last of a promo class pack at my local yoga studio that expires in a couple of months, and I’m really loving the group class setting! I definitely work myself harder and it feels more fun with an instructor and other people sweating through it too 🙂
My favorite classes at this studio are the Yoga Strong class (essentially weight lifting and cardio bursts combined with yoga) and the yoga barre class (basically a barre class combined with yoga). I’m looking for other fun options after my class pack runs out–what are some of your favorite group exercise programs/classes/formats?

I joined a gym a couple of weeks ago and I’m currently trying out all their classes. As of this morning, my favourite has to be Barre! Bokwa is a close second for pure fun Cardio. I also like Hatha Yoga, which is quite relaxing.
Not a fan of Pilates, but I’ve only done one class so I’m giving it another go before canning it all together.

Core Power Yoga
Soul Cycle is also really amazing, but too ridiculously expensive for me to make a habit of it.
I also used to love Lithe Method, but that’s a local Philadelphia thing.
