When I am really hungry between meals I have been eating a hard boiled egg and a small container of almonds, raisins and sunflower seeds.  Keeps me full for ages!

@Adeline4:  I am not preggo but here is a delicous low cal snack.

 

low fat grahm crackers and frozen low fat cool whip.

 

it’s an icecream sandwich to die for!! you can also buy flavored cool whip so it’s just not vanilla.

 

popcorn is great for a low cal snack with mixed in splenda…or a handful of dark choc chips.

 

my fav becuase i love a bbq pizza sauce, is to make a mini pizza out of mini pitas or one flour tortilla, (which turns crispy in the oven), cut up red onion, cilantro if you want. a tablespoon or two of low fat bbq sauce and some grilled chicken, and low fat cheddar cheese and let it melt in the oven…so gooey warm good and low calorie!!!

Greek yogurt with chia seeds and berries ๐Ÿ™‚ (blackberries and raspberries are my preference)

I have a lot!

Chocolate Organic Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (so so so good!  10 grams of protein for a half cup container ๐Ÿ™‚

Grapefruit!

Amy’s Cheddar Cheese Burrito (normally I never eat frozen foods, but I get so hungry sometimes out of the blue it is really convenient.)

French Toast (made with whole wheat or …croissants!!!!!!)

Annie’s deluxe mac and cheese.  (OMG!  So easy and good.)

Another favorite of mine is granola, greek yogurt and frozen organic berries.

LARABARS!  (BEST THINGS EVER.  I carry them in my purse or pocket ๐Ÿ™‚

baby carrots and hummus

all-bran with milk and blackberries

cottage cheese and fruit (my favourite = peaches)

frozen fruit smoothie with yogurt and psyllium fiber (or just metamucil.. lol same thing)

scrambled eggs and toast – more of a meal than a snack, but it’s super quick and easy to make, and eggs are really good to eat while pregnant b/c of the protein and choline

cheese and meat sandwich on whole wheat bread (microwave the meat for 20 seconds to prevent lysteria in case there is any on the cold cuts)

Mine has been greek yogurt with granola and berries (strawberries lately). Or just cut up pineapple, I have a fruit thing right now haha.
