I am looking into getting some new workout DVD’s specifically for during pregnancy. With so many to choose from I was hoping to see what everyone’s favorites on the bee were. I am hoping to do a combo of yoga, cardio, and some weight training. Any help is appreciated!!

Shiva Rae prenatal yoga!
LOVED that DVD. It has a different form of the workout for each trimester. I really enjoyed it!
