I love my L’Oreal Sublime glow! It actually has ne of the more decent scents to it and it gives a more natural color than others I have tried. If it’s your first time using a self tanner, don’t be afraid to mix some in with your natural body lotion. That’s how I start applying it in the dead of winter so it’s not too intense and so it blends well at first. I think if you have zero base color, self t anner itself is too stark of a contrast against your natural skin color and can look blotchy or uneven.

Just to add, I’ve never used th can/spray version. Just the liquid/lotion one! It has glittery shimmer in it too so I apply it at night, sleep in clothes I don’t care about (it washees out anyways but I stil wouldn’t wear my best sexy negligae hahaha) and shower in the morning to get the shimmer off.

@weddingbound:  I actually had been meaning to ask you this– did you find the self tanner rubbed off on the inside of your gown? I love self tanner but I always hate how my underwire bras get stained because they’re pushing up against my skin so tightly that there’s friction. Your dress has a lot of structure to it and I’m assuming it fit the same way. I’m only asking because my biggest fear about self tanner on my wedding day is this! Thanks for any insight!

@CharleighT:  I had a little stain but that was from sweating I think…. It wasn’t dark like tanner thou
