I just started liking yogurt about a year ago!  I really never have liked anything wit chunks of fruit in it and the thick texture never appealed to me!  My mom told me about yoplait whips..OMG I love them!  I have one everyday!  You can even freeze them!  YUM!!!

I second yoplait whips, they are sooo good.  And super good frozen, they are like a sorbet.

I love greek yogurt.  I’ll typically eat the flavored ones, but we also use plain flavored greek yogurt frequently for cooking!

I love this greek yogurt that I can only find at Whole Foods.  It’s honey flavored, can’t remember the name though.

Does Activia have chunks of fruit in it?  I have always wanted to try it but wasn’t sure about the chunks?

I like Activia too, but I don’t remember if it has chunks. My favorite is the vanilla.

I also like the Fage 2% Greek yogurt that you can find at Target, and Brown Cow maple yogurt that you can get at Whole Foods usually. The maple stuff is sooo good but it’s whole milk yogurt so it’s not really that good for you. Dannon all natural plain or vanilla yogurt is good too. I try to get yogurt that doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup in it or tons of sugar in it.

I like the light yogurt… there are so many awesome flavors at only 100 calories. I love the red velvet and the strawberry shortcake the best though. Stay far FAR away from the boston creme pie though… it is just nasty! lol… chocolate and yogurt… not a good combo!

I love Greek yogurt too, my favorite is Chobani honey flavored. For anyone who’s interested, Greek yogurt is super healthy because it has about twice the protein in it when compared to regular yogurt.

I used to always get the Yoplait 95% fat free or whatever they are called, until I read “Eat This, Not That,” which informed me that the classic strawberry flavor has the same amount of sugar in it as an entire Kit Kat bar. No longer will I think I’m eating something healthy without actually looking at the nutritional contents!! Low in calories does not always equal healthy!!

Greek yogurt – I add my own honey!  So delicious and, from what I hear, much healthier than fruit yogurt.

dannon light and fit, or the yoplait whips, I just discovered is absolutely AMAZING. The yoplait pear flavor tastes like green apple. I loved that one as well.

I do like Activia.  Although, I would probably like any kind of yogurt.  My mom would make this vietnamese frozen yogurt when I was younger and it’s so good.

Also, since moving to the west coast, I noticed that frozen yogurt is very popular over here. I really like Red Mango and a few local stores here and there. My favorite toppings are strawberries and mango.

@kirabee

Thanks for explaining the greek yogurt thing.  I never understood why people rave about it.  Thanks!  Sounds good, I’ll have to try it sometime.
