My ring size is 7.5 just to cross my knuckle and I still can’t wear them if it’s hot or I’m hiking. Yet it spins all the time otherwise. Didn’t at all affect my stone/ring choice. Lots of things bera talk about, like coverage, never crossed my mind as being a thing.

Oh this is so triggering. What a divisive subject. I’m so sensitive about my finger size. [/sarcasm]

Where’s the type with the big hands and swollen knuckles? That’s my type,

chitownyogini :  I think I’m pointed/tapered. I’ve put on some weight this year and it really accentuates the taper and makes my rings fit poorly but 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m working on it.

Also… I didn’t realize a curve was a characteristic of the tapered finger type.

I would say I’m straight. My fingers are chubby at the bottom and I have thin knuckles so I wanted to get a ring that didn’t make my fingers look really chubby but it couldn’t be too big because then it could have easily slipped over my knuckles.

Tapered. And 0 to do with my ring choice (the style was my husband’s choice) My fingers are gunna have muffin top no matter what I do lol. I’ve worn thicker rings when I was younger and had muffin top and worn thin rings and still had muffin top.

Large knuckles are such an annoyance. Always have to get sizing beads added to my good jewelry. I’ve been forever envious of ladies with elegant hands!

Large knuckles,  my ring size should be a 4.75, however I have to have a 5.5 with sizing beads to get it on and off over the knuckle. Once you stack other rings, the spinning isnt as bad.

chitownyogini :  it’s not my ering but it’s one I’ve been wearing lately on my right hand. It’s a paraiba tourmaline from Brazil with little paraibas surrounding it. And yes, I had the nails done to match lol.
