I just started the C25K so my goal is to be able run a full 5k in 9 weeks! Along the way I hope to lose some weight so I have changed some eating habits etc.
I would like to lose about 10kg to get me down to 60kg again!
What’s your goal (or goals)?

I have been losing weight and that is grand; I am able 5 lbs. away from my goal weight. I have been exercising and getting stronger and it helps me feel better (prevents back pain) and I believe slows down the aging process. I may be older but I still have a LOT to do!
But now I am after a bit more. I am tired of dieting, I want to learn how to eat sensibly for the rest of my life. To be able to “indulge” (hopefully with some moderation) on special ocassions but be happy with healthier food choices in humanoid proportions on the majority of days. This is my fitness goal.

I gained about 15 lbs in the past few months, so most def weight loss. And I need to start toning up too. In effect it will also improve my fitness. 🙂

If you had asked me 2 months ago, I would have said all of the above. But, with the help of weight watchers, I’m at my goal weight and now I want to tone up (Kelly Rippa Arms, Gwen Stefani abs, and Pussycat Doll legs here I come, lol) and just improve my fitness overall. I would really love to run a half marathon this spring, but we’ll see if that happens.

I keep going back and forth on this. I would like to lose some weight, but I’m realizing that I was at this weight and the past and felt healthy. The difference is that back then, I had more muscle mass and less fat on me. So I chose that my goal is to be more toned.

I chose tone up, improve fitness, and other.
‘Other’ is that I want to be able to run my first 10k April 2nd. I’ve been training for that so I’m sure that will help with toning up and improving my fitness overall.

I want to do it all! I want to lose 10ish lbs but I really want my arms, love handles, and abs to be smaller and toned. My scale measures body fat % so if I get mine down to like 15% I’ll be so happy!

My goals are:
1) Keep my body fat around 23% and I want the muffin top to go away when i put my dress pants on. Too much holiday goodies have made jeans a staple for me this month!
2) Increase my core strength. I would like to work up to 90 seconds of planks.
3) Clean up our diet.
I don’t like ALL my goals to be weight/fat related. If i throw in a fitness goal, i feel like it’s more measurable.

I want to tone up all around & def tone and tone those arms because like Jillian Michaels says in one of her videos.. its the part of your body people see naked.. most! (and thats true for me)

i vote for all of the above, first weight loss and hopefully toning up and becoming fit will follow…it would be nice to go for a walk and not want to keel over and die everytime i see a hill

My goal is really just to improve my energy. I used to be up for anything, and lately I’ve become a bit of a couch potato.

I’ve lost 46 pounds and I’m only 8 pounds from my goal weight, my goal is to get there!!!
I’m training for a 10k this spring and one 5k 2 weeks before the wedding to keep me motivated!
To get more definition in my abs and arms!

Improve fitness and tone up. I’ve always been small, but I’m definitely not muscular or fit, which makes me feel rather weak and defenseless. Yeck. Time to start running/lifting weights again!
(BTW, Has anyone taken dance or boxing classes as part of their fitness routine?)
