I dont drink often, but when i do, even if i have only 3-4 drinks, i wake up with a hangover!
I usually crave fried foods, like kfc or worse, but i find that HEAPS of water and some fruit does the trick for me 🙂

aribanana: Excedrin is a must! Plus fruits and veggies and white soda. Finally, if it is really bad, I’ll get a handtowel wet, wring it out, and rest it on my eyes.

Haha I thought I was alone! I crave greasy food and fruit. Usually breakfast sausage, eggs with cheese, and strawberries.

COCONUT WATER and a green smoothie. Also, taking B vitamins helps a ton. However, I’ve gotten pretty good about drinking a lot of water before I go to bed on nights when I’ve been out drinking, and that definitely helps with avoiding the hangover!

Haha I second Jimmy John’s! Or spciy thai food. I also crave pickle juice and/or tomato juice when I’m hungover. Lots of coconut water diluted with pure water, ibuprofen for headache, and a long nap. 🙂

usually i have to just let the barfing happen, then advil, sleep, fruit fruit fruit (watermelon and strawberries usually), then greasy food for dinner after my stomach has stopped flip flopping.

sleep…and time. Nothing else works. When I had bad bad hangovers I’d puke up anything I put down my system so I can’t say food or liquids worked.

Eat before bed! I still wake up with a headache and a little nausea so i take an advil, have some toast, and a diet pepsi and go back to sleep. Usually wake up fine after that… the pepsi is a MUST for me though, if i skip it, i’ll be sick ’til the next day. Not sure why!

Definitely drinking tons of water while I’m drinking and at least a bottle of water before going to bed. The most I ever drank was 7 or 8 drinks at my best friend’s wedding and, with drinking all that water, I only had a very minor headache! I was the only person out of the whole wedding party that wasn’t totally hung over the morning after.

Here’s what we did in Vegas, which worked really well (although it can’t help the sleep deprivation):
1. When you get home from drinking, make yourself chug water. Like, at least 2 pint glasses full. Maybe eat some pizza. Go to bed.
2. When you inevitably wake up 2-3 hours later and have to pee, go pee, then drink another 2 glasses of water. Go back to bed.
3. Wake up and go eat a nice big breakfast! (Then maybe take a nap).
It works perfectly for me, and it did for all my bridesmaids too!
