possibly Let’s Get it On. We just think that would be so funny.  Or Rock with You, (Michael Jackson)

We are in playing with the idea about Hungover Together by Supersuckers.  He wants it as our first song and I REFUSE!  He sings it to me everytime we are having drinks.

It so is NOT a wedding song though

I’m thinking about Michael Buble’s version of “Save the Last Dance for Me.”

Ours was Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey…one of our favorites, and it totally got EVERYONE of all ages out on the dance floor (singing, too!)

Wouldn’t have changed it for anything!

I’ll Be Seeing You by Billie Holiday. We’re having a vintage 1940’s style wedding. That song came out in 1944…couldn’t be any more perfect.

“The Call” by Regina Spektor. This song has always been really emotional for me. First having a long distance relationship with Kingy, now living on a different hemisphere than all of my friends and family, and as of 3 weeks from now, we’ll be moving back to my hometown and Kingy will be living on a different hemisphere than his friends and family. It makes me cry, ever. single. time.

we haven’t picked out the last slow dance, but probably something pretty traditional like “at last” or “wonderful world”…

the last last song will be as people are grabbing bubbles and sequeing to the front for our exit, and that is going to be “two of us” by the beatles.  we love the beatles, and we are having a beatles song for our first dance also (“i will”).  the lyrics of two of us are just perfect for us starting our life together as a married couple: “Two of us riding nowhere…… We’re on our way home. We’re going home”
